BIKE HIRE is available from East Coast Adventure who also provide spares etc from their shop to the left of the Cafe . They can also sell trail maps and provide uplifts if thats your thing.
Make sure your guide has a qualification like the TCL
( Trail Cycle Leader) Certificate
